CRC Merch FAQ's
Orders for collection from my city
Orders opens on Sunday, 30 August. Collect from the CRC Merch Pop-Up Shop in the city you chose at checkout on Sunday 13, 20 or 27 September, and we will email you as soon as your order is ready. Before you order, check the availability list on the product page, which shows your exact size city by city, and please choose that same city at checkout, because picking a different one means we have to move your item between cities and your collection will be delayed.
Orders for delivery by courier
Courier orders stay open until Monday, 28 September. Delivery anywhere in South Africa is a flat R120,
How long do you keep my order for collection?
Orders that remain uncollected for longer than 120 days will be donated.
Can I return my order?
We do not do returns or refunds on orders that have shipped, as our merch is made to order and limited edition.

When is the Dreamweek range available at the pop-up shops?
The DW26 range will be in stock at the pop-up shops in Bloemfontein, Pretoria and Johannesburg from 6 September 2026.
